EyeCandy values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within a 14-day period from the day you have received your purchase. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, hosiery, body creams, gels or any similar romantic gifts at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Return Procedure:

In order to return your items, you must contact Customer Service with your return request. You the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your purchased items. We strongly recommend you insure your return package, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Procedure:

In order to exchange an item, please contact Customer Service with your request. Please include the size, item number, and color if applicable of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping on the new item.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, EyeCandy is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot give a credit. We will pursue a claim with UPS that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
