We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states. We Currently do not ship Internationally.
Orders are normally processed in 24-48 hours once we have received a cleared payment and other requested information. With order processing included in time, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS makes the delivery. If the customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
